ROASTED CAULIFLOWER with MALAWI GOLD

-Preheat oven to 180⁰C


-Mix together 200ml double cream yoghurt and 50ml Malawi Gold sauce.


-Place 1 head of cleaned cauliflower in a deep bowl.


-Spread yoghurt mixture over the cauliflower, cover and bake for 1 hour, until tender and brown.


Serve as an appetizer or as your meatless main course!
